Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These Terms govern sales by the seller: [Nazwa firmy] (Polish company), [Adres], VAT (NIP): [NIP], e-mail: info@shroomsy.eu. The assortment includes grow kits with mycelium for research purposes only. By placing an order you accept these Terms and undertake to use the products in compliance with applicable law.

2. Orders

You may place orders through the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing begins after payment is received and confirmed.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

4. Payment methods

Payment is by bank transfer (wire). Transfers are usually allocated within 1–2 business days.

5. Delivery

Shipments are sent by DPD courier. Indicative delivery times: Germany 2–4 business days, Czechia 2–4, Spain 5–7, Netherlands 3–5. Shipping: EUR 10; free shipping from EUR 120. Orders are dispatched Monday through Thursday on business days.

6. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of the product, returns are not accepted. If the parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos; we may offer a replacement or refund.

7. Complaints

Report complaints to info@shroomsy.eu within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos.

8. Consumer rights

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, except where the law excludes perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life.

10. Governing law and disputes
